Wer ich bin

Ich, Marinella Brucchieri, stamme aus Sizilien, wo ich Grundschullehrerin war. In Deutschland bin ich seit 1995 in den Gastronomiebetrieben meiner Familie tätig.
Ich bleibe in meinem Ristorante den Traditionen meines Heimatlandes treu.

History

A food-family affair

The story behind Ristorante la Vela is as unique as the food we serve. A mixture of passion, determination and hard work, paved the way for our restaurant over a decade ago.

Ristorante La Vela as a concept was conceived by Michelle Muscat back in 2008. Accountant by profession, Muscat comes from a food-loving family with a long history in the catering business. La Vela started out as a hobby, however by time, it became a full-time job infused with much passion and dedication.

Through persistence and hard work, Michelle Muscat along with her team of talented chefs, created a place where wonder and amazement are merged into one, a place where you can enjoy a lovely meal and a great time.

This popular dining spot is not only known for its atmospheric ambience, but also for the wonderful dishes which are served to customers. Ristorante La Vela is known for hosting a number of celebrities including many popular singers, actors and football personalities from all over the world.

Meet Our Dedicated Chefs
Enrico

Originally from Scicli, Ragusa where he studied the art of cooking, Enrico has joined the restaurant when he was 21 years old. He has grown with the restaurant for the past nine years and with his unlimited passion and dedication Enrico has proven time after time his talent for cooking.

Enrico is our head chef and together with Vincenzo he is pleasantly surprising our customers with new specialities each week.

Vincenzo

Vincenzo is from Ispica, Sicily, and has been with La Vela for over five years now. His delicious dishes speak for his love and passion for food loud and clear. Coming from Ispica, where he went to catering school, Vincenzo has not only knowledge and skills but also great intuition.

The art of combining flavours and creating mouthwatering compositions has no secrets from him, which he has proven many times.

Pizzeria La Tavernetta è gestita dalla famiglia Berton dal 1999. Amore, passione, dedizione e ricerca sono le parole che ci caratterizzano.

Le nostre pizze sono fatte con impasti a lunga maturazione, di nostra produzione e con lievito madre per un alta digeribilità. Impasto tradizionale con farine selezionate e 100% italiane di tipo "1", Kamut, Rustico con una miscela di farine integrali e aggiunta di semi di lino, sesamo e miglio.

Per gli intolleranti o allergici c'è l'impasto senza glutine anch'esso di nostra produzione. Periodicamente proponiamo pizze e piatti con prodotti stagionali e di prima qualità.

Disponiamo di varie sale con capienze diverse, tra le quali una taverna da dove deriva il nome della pizzeria, per dare ai nostri clienti la possibilità di scegliere dove trascorrere la loro serata. In questo modo possiamo ospitare sia gruppi che famiglie.

Ensimmäinen Capperi ja ravintola, josta kaikki alkoi vuonna 2017. Juuristaan ylpeä lähiöravintola, jonne tervetulleita ovat niin lapsiperheet kuin kaveriporukat ja pariskunnatkin. Oulunkylän Capperiin voi tulla syömään pitkän kaavan kautta isollakin kokoonpanolla, sillä tilaa on myös suurille juhlille.

Kesäisin käytössä on myös upea tilava terassi. Oulunkylän Capperi ei selityksiä kaipaa: tuhannet tyytyväiset asiakkaat puhuvat puolestaan. Tämä Capperi on myös valittu Helsingin parhaaksi pizzeriaksi vuonna 2020. Pöytävarausta suositellaan!

Tamä Capperi on myös valittu Helsingin parhaaksi pizzeriaksi vuonna 2020 ja 2022, ja toinen suomen parhaat pizzeria 2022.

Rio Novo Venice è un ristorante di alta qualità senza fronzoli a Venezia. Puoi gustare una pizza preparata in casa e deliziosi piatti preparati con le catture del giorno.
